What is the Program About?

The GCA LEARNER’S PROGRAM is dedicated to empowering young girls by providing them with the knowledge, skills, and support needed for them to thrive. Through a variety of projects, we focus on fostering gender equality, building confidence, promoting personal development, and enhancing leadership abilities. We also emphasize financial literacy, digital skills, and advocacy for social change, equipping girls to make informed decisions, engage in their communities, and lead with confidence in both their personal and professional lives.

Mode of Training

We will enroll 20 Learners for every physical Training in each area and over 500 Girls for the online program in Schools. The program focuses on 12 key topics attributed to personal and social wellness or interactions and provides a supportive environment and practical learning resources like the GCA Learner’s Handbook & the GCA Learner’s Access Card,

We aim to help these young women make informed decisions, engage in their communities, and lead with confidence. And at the end of the program each learner will be tasked to mentor other 2 girls from their community.
